On October 21, the secondary arch of the main bridge for the Urban Wind Corridor and Supporting Facilities Project (East Dilu South Extension) in Lishui City, Zhejiang Province, constructed by The First Engineering Bureau of CREC, was successfully completed.
The project is located in the Chengdong district of Liandu, Lishui City, Zhejiang Province, with a total road length of 1,144 meters. The key structure is a butterfly-shaped through arch bridge spanning the Hao River, a tributary of the Ou River. The bridge is 552 meters long with a main span of 208 meters, making it the largest single-span through arch bridge in Zhejiang Province. The main bridge is supported by two main arch ribs and two secondary arch ribs, using a fully welded steel box structure. The lifting of the secondary arch began on August 24 and was completed over 59 days.
