Mr. Ren Hongpeng, a senior engineer, is Vice President of CREC. He started to work in 1997. From September 2011 to December 2015, he served as Deputy CEO of China Road & Bridge Corporation. From December 2015 to January 2016, he served as Deputy CEO of China Road & Bridge Corporation and Director of China Communications Construction (CCCC) Real Estate Group Co., Ltd. From January 2016 to February 2017, he served as Director of CCCC Real Estate Group Co., Ltd., Director, CEO and Legal Representative of CCCC Overseas Real Estate Pte. Ltd. From February 2017 to June 2018, he served as Director and Member of the Temporary Party Committee of CCCC Real Estate Group Co., Ltd., and Director, CEO and Legal Representative of CCCC Overseas Real Estate Pte. Ltd. Mr. Ren joined CREC in 2018. From June 2018 to March 2021, he served as Vice President of CREC. He has been Vice President of CREC since March 2021. Mr. Ren studied highway and urban road engineering at the department of civil engineering of Shenyang Institute of Architectural Engineering, and later obtained an MBA degree from China Europe International Business School.
